I decided to make Paul Hollywood's Iced Fingers. Let me remind you that I've NEVER made bread in my life!! And this recipe calls for a bread dough, which, I know might sound silly, but I wasn't expecting it.
But once I started I knew I had to carry on, and I'm glad I did because they turned out to be a real treat. And come to think of it, making them wasn't too bad either.
They were lovely and soft, and definitely worth the effort.
